George Witt is a Lincoln resident who attended Prescott, Merle Beattie, Irving Jr. High, Lincoln Southeast High and graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University. His parents were Fred T. and Norma Lee Witt. Fred was a highly respected jeweler in Lincoln for over 50 years .

George has been interested in cars since he was 2 years old. It's truly the love of his life. Like his Dad, he also loves what he does for a living. Having been in the automotive business for over 30 years, he has a wealth of experience as a Technician and as a dealership Service Advisor, Service Manager and Parts Manager. At each stage of development he excelled at the job, in many cases winning National Quality Awards of high distinction.

He has worked as a paid consultant to several new car dealerships and has given talks to industry groups all over the country. Most recently he has been recognized as a Certified Instructor for the Automotive Management Institute, a non-profit organization that sanctions training for the automotive aftermarket industry. George developed his own classes in Service Marketing and Service Advisor Skills, teaching other shop owners & Service Advisors how to have a successful business. He has taught all over the country, from Texas to Minnesota and California to South Carolina.

He enjoys camping in his travel trailer and going to car races with his wife, Jeney and their two kamping kitties.
