When you ask most shops, "When's the best time to bring in my car?", the standard response is always, "First thing in the morning". That's never made sense to us. They can't fix them all then, so why are their customers required to line up when they drop their cars off, and then line up again at the end of the day to pay the bill?

We only schedule appointments 2 at a time, at 15-minute intervals. We have 2 Service Advisors, which means that the minute you walk in our door, we should be able to write you up right away. You can make an appointment for any time of day that best suits you. Our goal is to have you on your way within 5 minutes from the time you arrive.

We've also discovered that customers frequently have a lot of time when they call for the appointment, but usually not a lot of time when they arrive at the shop. For this reason, we've set up our computer system to take detailed information on the work to be done at the time the appointment is made. This automatically prints on the repair order when you arrive, saving you even more time.

We ask if you need a ride then schedule our rides so that, most of the time, you are the only one in the car. Straight to work (or wherever you wish to go) and straight back. Our cars are all equipped with cell phones. We can call you when we get close to picking you up and save even more time. We're never out of touch.

We can perform fast service items while you wait in our beautiful Customer Lounge. Appointments for fast service are done on a separate schedule to minimize waiting time. Fast oil changes, tire rotations and minor maintenances are things that can be easily performed while you wait. We even put in a special window in the Lounge so you can watch if you'd like.
